The popular gourmet fair Split Spring is set to return for the fourth time! This years iteration, scheduled to take place between May 6-15, 2022, will be back in Đardin Park, overlooking f the majestic northern facede of Diocletian’s palace. Sponsored by the Czech beer brand Staropramen, Split Spring is a multifaceted event combining street food, live music in the evenings and casual hanging out.
The food booths at the event will be run by teams from some of Split’s most popular restaurants and street food joins. The full list includes, as follows: Artičok, Šug, Misto, Bokamorra, Mazzgoon, Corto Maltese, Pandora Greenbox, Uje Oil Bar, Maka Maka, Fabrique, Biberon, and the already regular annual guest, the Varaždin-based American Dollar Bar.
The music shows will start after 8 PM, and will feature nightly live performances by various local r’n’b, jazz and blues bands and DJ’s.
The access to the fair’s grounds is free of charge and open to all passer-bys, so if you find yourself in Split between May 6 and 15, don’t miss out to check some of the best street food at offer in the unofficial capital of Dalmatia! The fair booths are open from 12 AM to 11 PM from Tuesday to Thursday, and from 11 AM to 12 PM on Friday and Saturday.
