The Closing Evening of Spli’ski Litnji Koluri, September 27

In honor of the World Tourism Day, the Tourist Board of Split will host the closing evening of the Spli’ski litnji koluri 2024 event. The evening, titled Ethnology, Cultural Heritage, and Tradition, is dedicated to celebrating the richness of our cultural heritage, ethnology, and traditions. The event will take place on September 27 at Gajo Bulat Square, in front of the Croatian National Theater, starting at 7:00 PM.

Performers include:

  • Sinj Majorettes – senior, junior, and cadet groups will perform dynamic majorette dances to both traditional and popular music, featuring performances such as “Sinjski Alkari,” “Pirates of the Caribbean,” and “I Need a Hero.”
     
  • The Association for the Preservation of the Cetina Region Heritage from Sinj and the Otok municipality will present the richness of traditional customs through choreographies “Nevista je cotava” and male and female “Treskavica” – a musical expression protected by UNESCO. The association members will also perform songs from the Cetina region and conclude with the traditional dance “Gospodsko kolo” from the city of Sinj.
     
  • Oliver Rogošić – Oki, a musician and guardian of traditional instruments, will enrich the evening with performances of Croatian folk songs on instruments such as the Istrian mih, šargija, and bagpipes.

This event offers a unique opportunity to experience authentic cultural heritage, music, and dance, with a rich program for all visitors.
