Nadalina is the only artisanal chocolate shop in the city of Split. In their small production center off-site, they produce their gourmet chocolates by using the bean-to-bar method, meaning, their chocolate is made from the cocoa beans ensuring that every step of the process is done locally. Their chocolates come in a plethora of Dalmatia-inspired combos that incorporate the best dark chocolate with the local flavours such as lavender, dried figs, sweet wine Prošek, sage, honey, carubs, and, peculiarly, olive oil too. Nadalina Chocolates make for a fine treat and an excellent gift.
