Kruščić Artisan Bakery

Kruščić is a small-batch artisan bakery near Split’s Fish Market in the Old Town, which makes authentic breads of France and Germany with unbleached and unbromated flours,  with no added conditioners or preservatives. Apart from their delicious baguettes, boules, rolls and loaves, they also offer various pastries both sweet and salty. Like traditional bakeries, they only work the morning hours, so make sure to pick up your fresh bread or pastry early in the morning, because they do sell out by the closing hours.
