Gligora Cheese & Deli

Grigora is a small cheese factory based on the island of Pag renowned regionally for their high-quality cheese variets, of which the Paški sir is the most highly regarded one. Their Split store is organised as a deli shop that offers not only the company’s various cheese brands, but also dried meats, wines, spirits, jams, honey and other locally produced, Croatian-made delicacies.
