DeListes

DeListes is a micro restaurant in the Old Town of Split, located just a few yards away from the Fish Market. Its offer is based around the traditional dishes of the Dalmatian coast and the hinterland. What sets DeListes apart from the rest of Dalmatian restaurants in town is its ever-changing daily menu that is not overly reliant on seafood and which often features the otherwise hard to find regional classics like dolce garbo, mutton with beans and lamb stew. Though this does not take away from their strong offer of seafood classics like octopus and cuttlefish stew, lignjun with fava beans and frigadura. 

DeListes is also one of the few places in town run on the farm-to-table concept, which they pair up so well with their personalized service and home-style cooking. It truly is an unique first-hand experience of Dalmatian cuisine.
