Uje Oil Bar
First Croatian olive bar.
Set in a quite Dominisova Street, just around the corner from the social hubspot at Majstora Jurja/Dujma Vuškovića Streets, Uje Oil Bar have been one of the forerunners in creating the ‘new’ concept of Split’s restaurant business. Though their menu changes according to seasons, their Dalmatia-inspired offer, that always guarantees to have at least one or two otherwise unusual dishes, is evergreen. If you are more into appetizers, Uje is definitely a treat: offering a number of different olive oils that you can try in combination with their wonderfully soft bread and some good ole Dalmatian cured hams and hard cheeses.
