Pinku Fish & Wine

Pinku is a small, conceptual fish restaurant located behind the corner from Split’s old fish market Peškarija. Pinku’s eye-catching interior design, cleverly references both the fish market that inspired them as well as Japanese sushi bars that have redefined the worldwide seafood culinary scene. Their short menu is brimming with some of the best fish Adriatic Sea has to offer, but unlike most seafood places in Split, Pinku prepares its seafood with contemporary culinary ideas.
