Oš Kolač is a small pastry and dessert shop, famous for its artisan cakes. It is a brain-child of Split’s own pâtissière Tea Mamut, the first Croatian to graduate at the prestige culinary academy of New York. In her creations Tea intertwines the traditional ingredients of Dalmatian cakes and pastries together with the new forms, shapes and ingredients of modern pâtisseries creating new, unique treats that you can only try at Oš Kolač.
