Blending Dalmatian tradition with modern gastronomic creativity, young chef Toni Boban has quickly put his new project on the culinary map of Split. With a menu focused on celebrating local ingredients, highlight dishes include squid tagliatelle in brodetto, prawns and smoked mussels risotto, as well as the hearty duck with potatoes.
