Gyros Ćevapi

Gyros is a medium-sized ćevapi eatery a little bit farther from the city center, by the Mariott Hotel of Split. As many people in this region of the world take their ćevapi very seriously, Gyros can be best described as Travnik-style ćevapi, one of the three major ćevapi styles of Bosnia. Unlike the other ćevapi eateries in town, Gyros has a much larger seating area, more akin to a casual diner, though its surroundings are less impressive. Like the other two Bosnian styles, Travnik ćevapi are best enjoyed paired up with diced onion and kajmak.
