Goluzarije

Goluzarije is a pastry shop located behind the Croatian National Theater, which sells the traditionally crafted Dalmatian cakes and pastries. Apart from pastries, they also offer antipasti, tapas and breakfast, though they are most notable for their selection of otherwise try to get a hold of Dalmatian specialty cakes that are usually not found in local bakeries and pastry shops. These include cakes like Splitska torta (the wallnuty Split cake), hrapačuša (the almondy traditional cake from the island of Brač) and rafioli (Dalmatia’s favorite sugary festive cookies).
