The summer is coming!
Doubling as Meeren, the greatest of the three great city-states of Slaver’s Bay, the Old Town of Split and the nearby fortress of Klis have prominently featured in the later seasons of HBO’s hit TV series Game of Thrones. Inspired by the show’s success, a commercial museum at the top of Bosanska Street, in the heart of the Old Town, offers fans of the show an up-close look at costumes, authentic props, real-size wax figures, weapons and the GoT opening reel-inspired dioramas of the towns of Westeros.
