Though it has been more than a hundred and fifty years ago since the Jewish diaspora from Poland first introduced bagels to the bustling streets of New York, it has only been in the recent pandemic years that these fabulous hand-made New York-style bagels found their way back to the Old Continent, to the ancient port town of Split. Coming in a variety of forms, from the smooth ‘plain’ classic, to the poppy, sesame or onion sprinkled bagel goodies, Brooklyn Bagel has a perfect bagel sandwich for everyone!
