On September 22, 2024, Split will host the 26th edition of the Marjan Race, the oldest triathlon competition in Croatia. The Marjan Race will feature both the Olympic and super sprint triathlon events and will serve as the official Croatian Championship in the Olympic triathlon.
The supersprint triathlon is scheduled to start at 8 AM and it is scheduled to end by 9:30 AM. The main feature of the event, the Olympic triathlon will start at 10:30 and will last until 2 PM.
The transition zone where all three triathlon disciplines (cycling, swimming, running) will intersect will be at the end of Matejuška Pier, near Hotel Ambassador.
