Zinfandel Food & Wine

Cozily tucked halfway between Pjaca and Fruit Square, on the busy Marulićeva Street, Zinfandel has been one of the early pioneers of wine bars in the city of Split. Wittily named after the grape made famous by the Californian vineyards, whose origins have in the last couple of decades been coherently traced back to the surroundings of medieval Split, Zinfandel boasts of a truly impressive wine list, with over a hundred wines available by the bottle and another thirty or so available by glass. Paired with the wines is their À la carte menu which promises a focus on seasonal ingredients and Mediterranean cuisine.  It is safe to say that Zinfandel should find its place on the must-visit list of every wine-lover coming to Split.
